Conceived by Giselle and Rose, this poetic scene highlights a solitary heron moving through a stylized marsh landscape, bathed in twilight.
Between a bluish sky, diffused moon, and plant fragments, the work unfolds a calm and contemplative universe, where every element seems suspended in the silence of the evening.
Inspired by Miyazaki's sensitive imagination, the composition evokes a lived-in, gentle, and mysterious nature, where animals become the guardians of a discreet and dreamlike world.
The drawing with its refined forms and delicately powdered textures reinforces this sensation of enveloping calm and slowed-down time.
Around the main scene gravitate several independent elements: birds, stones, and plant fragments, to be freely arranged in the space to extend the landscape and create a subtle dialogue with the architecture.
In a bedroom, a hallway, a reading area, or a resting place, the work creates a soothing presence, like an open window onto a landscape on the threshold of night.
The work also exists in a version with green tones, more sunny and vegetal.
